J'ai rarement mangé des rouleaux de printemps, nems, samossa sushis rolls etc où je distingue le goût des ingrédients plutôt que celui du sel. Les - : - les plats sont victimes de leur succès... si vous choisissez mal votre horaire, vous pouvez ne pas avoir un plat (dans mon cas : les rouleaux de printemps à la première visite, et j'y ai passé 1h30), les buffets sont lentement rechargés... j'ignore pourquoi ? ; - Il faut éviter de disputer votre staff devant les clients... même si vous pensez que personne ne vous comprend. Dans notre cas, c'était car une membre du staff avait mis 3 tampons sur le coupon de fidélité, car on était 3... reprise d'une autre personne qui la dispute d'avoir mis 3, et qu'il ne fallait en mettre que 1.
